Can I return my order?
All sales are final due to the nature of our products, except for items damaged during shipping.
What should I do if I receive a defective or missing product?
If your order is damaged or incomplete, email us at hello@sarahmaxwellbeauty.com within 24 hours of receipt for return instructions.
Training Payment Policies
• All training deposits and full payments are non-refundable.
• Private training rescheduling requires 14 days’ notice and must be completed within a year.
• Group training rescheduling requires 21 days’ notice and must be completed within a year.
