HOW DO I ORDER WHOLESALE?

WHAT ARE SHIPPING COSTS?

We offer several low cost shipping options through USPS.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?

Orders received before 6pm on Monday through Friday will be shipped on the next business day via USPS first-class or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the shipping option that you choose at checkout.

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?  

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by their respective government. The fees are typically determined based on a combination of factors that may include:
the products country of origin or manufacturers and the products classification. Using this system, created by the countries that we ship to, rates are set by the country to which the order is being shipped. 

MY SHIPPING STATUS SAYS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Sarah Maxwell Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier for the latest delivery information.

WHAT DO I DO ABOUT DAMAGED/MISSING PRODUCTS?

If you believe an item is damaged or part of your order is missing, please email us within 24 hours of your product being received. We will give you instructions on how to return the products

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I EXPERIENCE AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO A PRODUCT?

If you experience an allergic reaction to any of our products, discontinue use immediately. We recommend seeking medical advice from a healthcare professional to address your symptoms.

ARE SARAH MAXWELL BEAUTY PRODUCTS SAFE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN? 

Our products are formulated with high-quality ingredients and have been tested on a variety of skin types. However, individual sensitivities can vary. We recommend conducting a patch test before using any new product, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.

IS SARAH MAXWELL BEAUTY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALLERGIC REACTIONS?

Sarah Maxwell Beauty is not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects caused by our products. By purchasing and using our products, you agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that the ingredients are suitable for your skin.

WHAT CAN I DO TO AVOID AN ALLERGIC REACTION? 

To minimize the risk of an allergic reaction, we recommend reviewing the full ingredient list for each product before purchase. If you have any known allergies, consult with a healthcare professional to determine if the product is safe for you to use.

MY PRODUCT SEEMS EMPTY WHEN I FIRST OPEN IT?

Our products are carefully filled with precise amounts, but sometimes the appearance can be misleading due to the packaging design or product consistency. Rest assured, each product contains the full amount listed on the packaging.

HOW CAN I TELL IF MY PRODUCT IS ACTUALLY EMPTY OR JUST APPEARS THAT WAY?  

Before assuming your product is empty,  try using it as directed several times. If the product doesn’t dispense properly or appears faulty, please contact us at hello@sarahmaxwellbeauty.com for assistance.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I STILL BELIEVE MY PRODUCT IS EMPTY OR UNDER FILLED?    

If you genuinely believe your product is empty or under filled after attempting to use several times, please email us at hello@sarahmaxwellbeauty.com within 7 days of receipt. We’ll be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.

IS THIS A COMMON ISSUE? 

While this isn’t common, we understand that the design of some packaging can sometimes give the impression of an empty product. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out if you have concerns.
