WHAT ARE SHIPPING COSTS?

We offer several low cost shipping options through USPS.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?

Orders received before 6pm on Monday through Friday will be shipped on the next business day via USPS first-class or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the shipping option that you choose at checkout.

WHAT DO I DO ABOUT DAMAGED/MISSING PRODUCTS?

If you believe an item is damaged or part of your order is missing, please email us within 24 hours of your product being received. We will give you instructions on how to return the products

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR REFUNDS?

All sales are final, on all of our products and trainings with the exception of goods damaged during shipping (see above) and trainer cancellations. 

HOW DO I ORDER WHOLESALE?

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by their respective government. The fees are typically determined based on a combination of factors that may include:
the products country of origin or manufacturers and the products classification. Using this system, created by the countries that we ship to, rates are set by the country to which the order is being shipped.
