House Calls

An additional $100.00 travel fee will be added to all Lash Services.

Cancellation Policy

An appointment reminder will be sent 72 hours before your booking and then again 24 hours before your booking. If for some reason you can no longer make your appointment after the second reminder is sent, you will be charged 100% of your missed appointment.

If you arrive 15 minutes late or do not show up at all for any appointment, it will be considered a no show, and Sarah will no longer be able to honor your appointment.

All clients new or returning, will be asked for their credit card details to hold any your appointment. Your card will only be charged at the end of your appointment, and/or if you cancel or now show. Please note some services do require a deposit.

Preparing for your livylash Service
Clients should come to their appointment makeup free with clean lashes, no residual mascara left on the lashes for best results. Please know that you cannot get your lashes and brows wet for the first 24 hours and arrangements with this in mind should be made before your appointment, this includes sweat and steam.

Wearing comfortable clothes, removing your contact lenses and using the washroom before your appointment is encouraged.

For the best use of time during your appointment, limited talking is appreciated. Sarah suggests bringing along your favorite music and or audio book to listen to, to pass the time. Clients are asked to turn their phones to silent during the service, Sarah cannot respond to texts or answer calls for you. We highly encourage you to set a ringtone for your children, only if needed.
