LAYER’s texture and viscosity is lightweight and sheer - like a serum - as opposed to a heavy, gel-like substance. This may give the misconception that there is no product on the wand. With a quick swipe to the back of the hand, you will see and feel the solution.

For the lash - using the short bristle side of the wand, gently wiggle back and forth, starting at the base of the lashes, moving outward towards the tip of the lash, fulling coating. For the brow - using the longer bristle side of the wand, gently brush through, starting at the base of the brow and fulling coating from brow from head to tail, in an upward motion. A note ofcaution: do not over pump your wand into the tube, as it can cause the product to overflow.
